Building on over 20 years of experience in IT, Tinisha Bookhart is currently focused on diversity efforts at Primary Talent Partners, a staffing and executive search firm she co-founded in 2020. In particular, she is focused on increasing Black STEM worker representation in the contingent workforce. In the spring of 2023, she launched Primary Pathways, a program that funds internships for historically Black college and university students at client partners across multiple business functions. She was named an SIA DE&I Influencer in 2021 and 2022 in recognition of her efforts. Bookhart also serves on the board of advisors for Hope Worldwide as the chapter president for Charlotte, North Carolina.
