Laura Boby leads Tundra Technical Solutions’ curation practice and direct sourcing. Most recently, she steered the company’s direct source portfolio to a 98% fulfilment rate in several programs. Since Boby joined in 2018, her visionary approach has helped clients save $70 million and expanded the organization’s footprint to new regions in partnership with major global direct source programs. She also volunteers with Tundra’s Launchpad Project, providing mentorship and scholarships to female and non-binary students.
