Ana Isabel Olim Fernandes Borges was part of the management team of HR management company Multitempo from 1995. She helped lead the company through its 2021 acquisition by Job&Talent and now plays a leading role in the integration of Job&Talent’s culture and processes in Portugal.
Through her wealth of experience, creativity and in-depth local know-how, she has made a strong contribution to Job&Talent’s growth and success in Iberia. Borges also holds a seat on the board of ApespeRH, the Portuguese Association of Private Employment and Human Resources Companies, and is currently in her second term.
