Tina Ling, Hays France & Benelux managing director, has been the driving force behind Hays’ EMEA growth. With 29 years’ experience in the recruiting industry, Ling grew the France business from six people in 2001 to more than 600 people today. In 2005, she took over the management of the acquisition and integration of temp business Alpha. This year, Ling broke records by leading France to become the first country outside the UK, Germany and Australia to deliver a £10 million profit for the company. Ling is set to go even further this year and is forecast to bring in a £12 million profit for the group.
