Loree Lynch, a founding partner of Staff Management, pioneered the concept of on-site staffing when clients sought customized contingent labor solutions and increased service levels. She also developed a centralized recruitment process model and created a proprietary software called “Ad Track” — both of which were leveraged to create the core of PeopleScout, a RPO and MSP provider. As senior VP of operations for TrueBlue Inc.’s Staff Management | SMX, Lynch focuses on operations and issues of workforce development, risk and safety. She is piloting safety programs using wearable technology that seeks to improve worker health and safety in-field. Staff Management and PeopleScout brands were part of Seaton Corp, which was purchased by TrueBlue in 2014.
