Janette Marx joined Airswift in 2014 as the chief operating officer, a position she held for four years before assuming her current role of CEO in July. Marx has a passion for investing in the development of people to help everyone achieve their aspirations. Recently, she created three global delivery centers resulting in around-the-clock recruitment, championed the transformation of the direct hire strategy, improved operational efficiencies and drove greater diversification to strengthen Airswift. Before joining Airswift, Marx held various leadership roles with The Adecco Group over a 19-year period. She earned an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
