Sam Smith is president of EMEA and global client delivery for Magnit, an integrated workforce management provider with 295,000 contingent workers, over 600 clients and presence in 124 countries. After beginning her career in the Royal Air Force, Smith happened upon staffing and has loved every moment of her more than 25 years in the industry. Now responsible for defining Magnit’s global client delivery strategy, Smith takes insight-driven action to improve customer experience through advances in technology. Passionate about leadership, she focuses on uniting the organization around aligned goals and culture. Smith also gives back to the community through youth mentorship and board work.
