As the group head of equity, diversity and inclusion for Hays, Yvonne Smyth leads Hays in advocating and nurturing diverse workforces and inclusive workplace cultures worldwide. The 26-year industry veteran has created and curated resources designed to inform, support and enable customers to progress their DE&I commitments and navigate their careers. She is the co-chair of Hays’ Women Empowerment Leadership network, a fast-growing and highly regarded membership group for experienced professional women, and she is the co-founder and leader of Hays’ Reach (Recognising and Enabling All Colleagues and Conditions at Hays) network. Smyth additionally hosts Hays’ weekly “What Workers Want” webinar discussing DE&I.
