Kerry Sirkka brings more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare staffing to Intelycare, which she joined in June 2023. Over the prior year, while head of healthcare at national caregiver organization TheKey, she developed a training program and transitioned to a new applicant tracking system across more than 80 locations. In addition, she increased applicants by over 50% year over year by implementing a digital marketing program. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds board positions with healthcare staffing provider Elite365 and Alzheimer’s Association San Diego.
