Raised in a small town in India, Ajeta “AJ” Sinha started at Net2Source as the only woman on the sales team — and has since shown time and time again what a determined woman can accomplish. She led the effort to establish the global workforce solutions company as a global player; it now operates in 32 countries. Sinha also led Net2Source into three new service areas and formed client partnerships with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. She serves on the boards of Procurecon and Agile1’s Preferred Staffing Program.
