Jessica Calzaretta serves as president at Insight Global Health. Since creating this business line two years ago, Calzaretta has built a team across more than 30 markets and developed a process that has led to more than 4,000 people being hired in over 600 healthcare facilities. A founder of Insight Global’s Women’s Leadership Council, she has been instrumental in earning the company a spot on Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Women list for four consecutive years. She has also been involved in numerous parent support resources and advocated for improved family leave and fertility support at Insight Global.
