Since joining the Diversant team earlier this year, VP of Enterprise Delivery Amy LaScola has implemented an offshore program beyond the organization’s national footprint, as well as a talent engagement program, and created a part-time delivery model that covers more client opportunities and supplements the existing fulfillment resource base. LaScola focuses on process and operational excellence with an emphasis on performance management at Diversant, which ranks as the 23rd-largest IT staffing firm in the US. Prior to Diversant, she was national recruiting director for ManpowerGroup following 15 years at Spherion.
