Throughout Katherine Spencer Lee’s 24-year tenure with Robert Half, the fourth-largest staffing firm in the US, she has hired and trained many of the company’s emerging leaders and is passionate about her role as mentor. She has held key leadership roles within the company’s specialized staffing divisions and now serves as president of Technology Staffing Services and Robert Half Legal for North America, where she oversees Robert Half Technology, The Creative Group and Robert Half Legal operations. Spencer Lee says that sharing her insight on career development, work-life balance and the importance of community involvement during Robert Half’s International Women’s Day celebration was a highlight this year.
