Larson has already made a significant impact in her region, unlocking access to diverse talent for her clients, reducing time to fill for complex roles and developing new business partnerships. New customers now comprise 12% of total revenue while growth increased at its top 10 customers. The Americas team also added a delivery center for enterprise talent, a strategy K2 is executing globally.
