In September, Taryn Owen became president and CEO of TrueBlue, the fifth-largest industrial staffing provider in the US. In her new role, she leads TrueBlue’s strategy to accelerate growth, enhance performance and increase stakeholder value. Over her 13-year tenure with the company, she has spearheaded digital transformation strategies, successfully led the organization through several acquisitions and periods of growth and achieved substantial international expansion. Under Owen’s direction, TrueBlue’s brands — PeopleReady, PeopleManagement and PeopleScout — received the Top Workplaces USA award for the third consecutive year in 2023. With 24 years of industry experience, Owen remains resolute in her mission to transform lives through the power of work.
