Andrea Nelson brings more than 20 years of staffing leadership experience to her role. During the pandemic, she led Vista Staffing Solutions’ recruitment and deployment of physicians to underserved areas of the US. Over the past year, Nelson was instrumental in leading the company’s integration with its new owner, Ingenovis Health, while outperforming revenue expectations within the locum tenens market. The most rewarding part of her role is driving innovation and growth while simultaneously building and developing diverse teams whose work impacts patient and physician lives in communities all across the country.
