AMN Healthcare Services CEO Susan Salka is a longtime proponent of promoting women in leadership. She has prioritized gender equality since joining the nation’s largest US healthcare staffing firm, which this year achieved the top ranking in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index and Human Rights Campaign Foundation Corporate Equality Index. Also in 2021, Salka was awarded the global Visionary Award by the Women Corporate Directors for her strategy and diversity impact in the boardroom. She is a member of Women Business Leaders and Women Corporate Directors Foundation. Salka also joined the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion project and was named to Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare.
