Jackie Schaffer is the senior VP at Cella, a creative staffing and consulting agency acquired by Randstad in September 2021. In the last year, Schaffer has led a team of company and client staff in designing a solution that led to more than $7 million in new business. In addition, she was integral in the launch of a new talent intranet to streamline communications, increase collaboration and drive engagement within Cella’s talent community. In collaboration with Cella’s head of sales and head of consulting, Schaffer redesigned the consulting business development practices, which has led to a more efficient and effective sales process.
