Stacey Lane leads concurrent strategies in her second year at the helm of Recruit Holdings’ Staffmark Group and Indeed Flex US, offering a seamless digital experience with the former while disrupting the staffing industry with the latter. Notably, Lane led both organizations to remarkable revenue growth in 2022, surpassing industry baselines. She is also a champion of inclusivity and has launched new business resource groups supporting the LGBTQIA+, military, veteran and Black communities. Lane’s vision for Staffmark Group emphasizes connecting people with jobs, solidifying its position at the industry’s heart. Outside of work, she mentors with Foster Nation, empowering foster youth transitioning from the system.
