CEO Anouk Lagae joined talent placement firm Accent Jobs in 2020 after spending more than 20 years in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Lagae and her team most recently launched an initiative ensuring diverse and inclusive recruitment by presenting all candidates with anonymous CVs, eliminating unconscious bias. After a successful trial, this new way of working was introduced to all Accent Jobs customers in February. Lagae aims to make Accent Jobs the most innovative and trusted HR partner for clients as well as candidates. She is also a board director at Deceuninck NV and an advisory board member for Makes Sense.
