In 2018, AMS was sold to Omers Private Equity for £820 million. Blair also serves as a non-executive director of Kainos Group and chair of Everywoman, the global network dedicated to advancing women in business. She is also on several advisory boards, including Valuable500, and is chair of the London Irish Centre.
