Gaelle Blake oversees permanent appointments across Hays UK&I as well as the construction and property division; in 2021, she also oversaw the launch of the organization’s first sustainability division. Under her leadership this year, the construction and property division worked in partnership with Band of Builders to promote the charity’s text support service providing free mental health support for people across the construction industry. Blake also launched a video and podcast series, “Building Futures: Career Conversations.” Following Blake’s passion for DE&I advocacy, the series offers a wide range of advice around career-related topics, including achieving better LGBTQ+ inclusion and returning from parental leave.
