Five years into her role as CEO, Rika Coppens is realizing her goals of growth for House of HR. An HR service provider that focuses on specialized talent solutions and engineering and consulting for companies across Europe, House of HR added three new platforms in the last year: Cohedron (Netherlands, public sector consulting), Solcom (Germany, IT consulting) and TMI (Netherlands, healthcare staffing). Coppens is also a nonexecutive board member at Colruyt Group, La Lorraine Bakery Group and Euronext in Europe. She also oversees the House of HR foundation JobRoad, which helps match disadvantaged people with suitable employers.
