As the VP for strategy and partnerships with the Kelly Diversity Office, Pam Sands has led operationalization of the Kelly Equity@Work program, creating a system that measured the impact of the removal of barriers to work in more than 4,600 assignments. She also spearheaded automation projects, enabling her team to meet clients’ current and future strategic needs. An advocate of DE&I, Sands also led mentorship for underrepresented suppliers increasing diverse spend and access to talent. She is a board member for The World Employment Confederation and IAOP Center for Social Impact and is a volunteer for United Nations Association & Global Mentorship Initiative.
