Joyce Russell has been a mentor and inspiration in the staffing industry for 36 years. Under her leadership, The Adecco Group US Foundation touched 18,000 lives through the upskilling and reskilling of associates in 2023. Additionally, The Adecco Group earned its 15th “Military Friendly” designation for its efforts to create sustainable and meaningful career paths and enduring partnerships for veterans and military spouses. Russell is a champion of gender equality and workforce parity and contributes to many boards and organizations related to this mission, including Moms First, Women’s Business Collaborative, Girls Who Code, Dress for Success and Paradigm4Parity.
