On a journey to redefine work and unlock a lifetime of opportunities for all, Norma Gillespie is the former CEO of Resource Solutions. During her tenure, Gillespie led the company to establish a workforce consultancy practice, prioritizing skills development. The approach enables organizations to borrow skilled talent, bridge talent gaps and reduce recruitment costs. The practice has become the company’s fastest-growing division within a year. Gillespie and her team also launched “ESG for HR audit,” an initiative that elevates sustainability in talent acquisition. Additionally, Gillespie is a Female Executive Mentoring Program member. She left Resource Solutions in October.
