She spearheaded Recruit:IN, a DE&I recruiting program that includes a 40-hour diversity recruiter certification training. Responding to the IT talent shortage, Tirath also created Genspark, an in-house program to close the opportunity gap for diverse and underrepresented people in technology disciplines through training, reskilling/upskilling and career deployment.
