Torney is known as a dedicated mentor and champion of diversity and inclusion efforts within the company and in the contingent workforce ecosystem overall. In 2019, she partnered closely with Beeline to create new ways of measuring diverse talent in an MSP environment. She writes and speaks often about creating flexibility for women and parents in the workforce.
