Passionate about connecting people with work, Melanie Vinci serves as president of the administrative board at persona service. Starting as a personnel dispatcher in 2000, she today runs the company’s operational business across Germany, Switzerland and Barcelona. Vinci also has led GVO Young Professionals GmbH as managing director since 2020 and oversees the Studyheads brand, which creates sustainable relationships between companies and students by offering student applicants suitable part-time jobs and companies the correct personnel. Additionally, Vinci is a supervisory board member at SOS Kinderdorf e.V, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of socially disadvantaged children and their families.
