Since joining Innovative Employee Solutions in 2022, Maria Goyer has developed a roadmap to enable the organization to nimbly establish new strategic entities. This has resulted in the successful launch of four new entities this year alone within Canada, the UK, Germany and Ireland. To better oversee IT and software development, Goyer over the last year created a new project management office and center of excellence office, both of which will enable innovative growth and deployment of new solutions at scale. Goyer has previous experience building and evolving VMS technologies, IC compliance and IC management programs over her 30-year career.
