Lynda Sheppard brings more than 30 years of staffing industry experience to her role at DZConneX. In 2023, she worked to re-align the DZConneX total talent operational and sales teams, resulting in an expansion of the existing portfolio by more than 87%, including a 20% growth in new business. Sheppard is completing her third year as co-chair of the Women’s Resource Group — one of the most active employee resource groups in the Day & Zimmermann enterprise, driving several initiatives to support all aspects of women’s lives. She hopes to continue positively impacting colleagues through her leadership.
