During her two decades at Robert Walters, Louise Campbell, global head of learning and development, has established comprehensive and agile pathways for every employee phase. After an 18-year tenure as managing director of the company’s Irish arm, she attained her current role in 2021, overseeing 3,400 employees across 31 countries. Lately, Campbell and her team have launched a global learning management system to integrate vital leadership principles into learning for enhanced talent attraction and retention. Campbell is committed to advancing careers and is a trustee of Global Angels, a foundation building a sustainable future for the community in Tsavo, Kenya.
