Cathi Canfield joined Employbridge nearly 20 years ago. Her impact on the organization was immediately recognizable and launched her into positions of leadership. She attained her current role in December 2022. This year, one of Canfield’s biggest accomplishments has been launching Employbridge’s digital transformation efforts, fueled by the December 2022 acquisition of Bluecrew and focused on positioning the organization as the supply chain’s first scalable, “digital-first” workforce. Her efforts are bridging the gap between traditional staffing and digital platforms, delivering a roadmap and early execution strategy for the implementation of Bluecrew’s platform across the enterprise.
