Katie Glaser, an attorney, serves as senior VP of international operations at Health Carousel, which ranks as the 19th-largest US healthcare staffing firm. Glaser began at Cincinnati-based Health Carousel as an international recruiter and account manager. In her current role, she oversees recruitment, licensing, visa processing, relocation and resettlement, and ongoing employee relations with Health Carousel’s foreign-trained healthcare professionals. In 2022, Glaser advocated for international nurse-friendly regulations with nursing state boards and helped guide Health Carousel’s Light the Way initiative to develop programs that promote faculty development and sustainability of nursing globally.
