In 2018, Heidi Golledge founded Jobot, a staffing company powered by its own AI software, Jax. Since then, she has expanded Jobot’s internal staff to nearly 700 experienced recruiters. Golledge also created the Get a Job, Give a Job Foundation, which raised $230,000 in three years to help people get better jobs by leveraging education. In 2022, Golledge was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the third time. In addition, Jobot was named a Fortune Best Workplace and Best Workplace for Women and an Inc. Magazine Best Workplace.
