Jackie Schaffer’s passion, deep industry understanding and commitment to innovative solutions have led Cella to double-digit year-over-year growth over the past five years. Before spearheading the integration of Cella after its 2021 acquisition by Randstad, she built and led Cella’s consulting and managed services practices. She was appointed global head of Cella in June 2023. Schaffer is a visionary leader driving digital-first transformation in today’s dynamic business environment. Outside of Cella, she is a commissioner of a boys’ youth lacrosse league, fostering sportsmanship and camaraderie.
