Bettina Schaller oversees group public affairs of The Adecco Group and serves as president of the World Employment Confederation. She is also VP of the business at OECD Employment, Labor and Social Affairs Committee and co-chairs the B20 Future of Work and Education Task Force. Schaller drives the transformation and growth agenda of the WEC and is a devoted supporter of Latin America initiatives. A founding member of The Boardroom, a Swiss initiative promoting board diversity, Schaller advocates for the rise of women in leadership. Her passion lies in guiding the world’s human-centric transformation and advocating for well-regulated flexibility.
