DeLibra Wesley is founder and CEO of National Recruiting Consultants, established successfully during the pandemic to focus on staffing special education departments for school districts. Named to SIA’s DE&I Influencers list, Wesley provides leadership consulting to companies regarding DE&I and leadership development. She was recently appointed the newest member of the board of directors for the American Staffing Association. With 18 years’ experience in healthcare staffing prior to founding National Recruiting Consultants, Wesley launched Goals with DeLibra, a blog that focuses on DE&I, leadership development and goal setting while specializing in training on sensitivity and unconscious bias.
