As senior VP and general manager, US operations, Debra Thorpe oversees Kelly Services’ US staffing operations and has responsibility for the company’s commercial, professional and technical business across the country. Prior to assuming this role in October, she was senior VP, global operations at Kelly Services, responsible for the operational delivery of KellyOCG’s contingent workforce outsourcing, recruitment process outsourcing and payroll process outsourcing solutions across the Americas and EMEA. Thorpe also led the centralized recruiting for commercial, professional and technical staffing across Kelly’s large accounts in the Americas. In the past year, Thorpe has institutionalized a financial and operations analytics portal to drive performance transparency and deliver data insights to improve all aspects of delivery.
