Tracy Thomson founded Finite Recruitment in Australia in 1998 after working in IT recruitment for 10 years. Through a mixture of organic growth and acquisitions, Finite grew into a network of eight offices across Australia and New Zealand. In 2003, Thomson founded FinXL IT Professional Services on the back of growing customer demand to offer a broader suite of services. Throughout her career, Thomson has garnered recognition, including SEEK’s Annual Recruitment Award for Australian Recruitment Leader of the Year in 2016. The Finite Group recently garnered an Australian Business Award for Service Excellence.
