Aanchal “Ann” Thakur is a founding member of eTeam Inc. and its global director of strategic accounts. She works tirelessly to connect businesses across the globe with the talent they need to flourish in the digital age. Through eTeam and a platform called High5, Thakur helps reduce unemployment by providing diverse talent with free learning, development, upskilling and skill certifications and matching them to corporate employment. ETeam has maintained consistently high client satisfaction scores and achieved its highest client retention rates this year. Founded in Somerset, New Jersey, in 1999, eTeam has expanded into Canada, EMEA and APAC, most recently entering Thailand in 2022.
