In just 10 years at Austria-based Trenkwalder Group AG, CFO Maureen Talach has made major contributions to the company’s success. Her achievements include digitizing the finance process to enhance speed and focus of business operations, significantly reducing default risks of receivables by raising awareness of risks and building collaboration with Trenkwalder’s partners, and helping set up new subsidiaries to expand the company’s business activities to new clients and markets. Talach was named CFO in January 2022 after having served as senior VP of controlling. Her favorite part of working in staffing is bringing clients — both candidates and companies — together into the best possible match.
