April Hansen leads a number of teams at Aya Healthcare, the largest healthcare staffing provider in the US. Her leadership covers strategic business development, workforce solutions program operations and clinical services support. She oversees market growth for Aya’s subsidiary brands including Qualivis, Vaya Workforce and Dawson Healthcare, and she spearheaded the creation of the Aya Advisory Solutions consulting services division. Hansen has been passionate about helping leaders and teams fall back in love with their careers. She’s also active as an international keynote and TEDx speaker on leadership and workforce strategies and serves on the board for the Wisconsin Organization of Nurse Leaders.
