As VP of client delivery, Jessi Guenther oversees Allegis Global Solutions’ North America operations and delivery excellence. In her 25-plus years with Allegis Group companies, she has led global teams in recruiting, organizational development, operational excellence and strategic leadership. Guenther helped expand AGS’ business into Canada, Europe, Asia and India. She spent five years leading operations in the UK and continental Europe and helped develop the MSP midmarket offering in North America. Most recently, Guenther led AGS’ executive leadership team through a restructure to enhance service to clients, and she implemented a regional portfolio alignment program to enhance effective delivery and growth.
