VP of strategic alliances for MWIDM Inc., a global workforce solutions provider, Lisa Fox is working to build out a diversity-owned, mid-market MSP designed to centralize all non-FTE onboarding activities. Since joining in October 2020, Fox has led MWIDM in DE&I, successfully expanding a hire-train-deploy model for disadvantaged minorities, veterans and underserved communities. A 25-year industry veteran, she consulted with 80-plus contingent workforce programs with spend ranges from $10 million to $700 million. Her work with procurement teams, talent acquisition and business stakeholders includes developing strategy around MSP operations and supplier and talent management.
