As regional president, North America, at ManpowerGroup, Becky Frankiewicz is committed to building a rightly skilled talent supply to meet the increasing job demand across North America and is passionate about advancing women in leadership. Frankiewicz has discussed those topics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Consumer Electronic Show Social Innovation Summit and in appearances on national broadcasts. Prior to ManpowerGroup, she led Quaker Foods North America, PepsiCo’s largest subsidiary. She joined ManpowerGroup in July 2017 as the regional president of ManpowerGroup North America. Frankiewicz became a board director at Energizer Holdings Inc. in January 2020.
