Valérie Beaulieu-James joined The Adecco Group as chief sales and marketing officer and member of the executive committee in November 2020. In April 2023, she added the role of president of Pontoon Solutions. Beaulieu previously spent 23 years at Microsoft, holding leadership roles across North America, APAC and EMEA, including serving as chief marketing officer for Microsoft US. Beaulieu has been VP of the French Foreign Trade Advisors since January 2015; she has also been a director and board member at Orange since May 2022. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, women in leadership and closing the workplace gender gap.
