As well as serving as executive board director at PageGroup since 2021, Isabelle Bastide is also chief operating officer for France, Southern Europe, North America and South America, the Middle East and Africa. In 2022, Bastide and her team sponsored the CSR shadow board, a platform designed to support the group’s journey toward sustainability. This inclusive board, representing employees, ensures alignment with global challenges while positively shaping the staffing industry. A change-driven trailblazer empowering her teams, Bastide is also a board member at Prism’Emploi, the French staffing association. She collaborates closely with non-profit organizations to drive positive societal impact.
