Bhatia has also been instrumental in creating a vibrant customer service culture and practices that support employee work-life balance. Her strategy continues to succeed, as Rose International has acquired more than 30 new clients in 2016 and earned Agile•1’s Gold Award for supplier excellence. Bhatia has appeared on the Staffing 100 list for five years.
