When CEO Allison Beer was asked to join Fastaff Travel Nursing and US Nursing almost three years ago, she was honored to work with a company that she greatly admired. Since she began, Beer has focused on making employees No. 1 on the priority list. Beer firmly believes that if you care about your employees, they will care about what they do, and they’ll do it better than anyone else. Beer is involved with philanthropic work in the community as well, and Fastaff recently partnered with St. Baldrick’s to raise money for children’s cancer research.
